Responsibilities

  • Lead creative strategy and execution for seasonal retail, live events, brand activations, and pop-ups
  • Translate global brand standards into locally relevant experiences with cultural nuance and consumer resonance
  • Develop 2D and 3D presentation materials to communicate design concepts to leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Partner with Store Development, Retail Brand, Brand Design, Digital, and Comms teams for feasibility and execution excellence
  • Drive design innovation through exploration of materiality, spatial design, proportion, and consumer journey
  • Champion immersive storytelling, integrating physical and digital touchpoints
  • Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and architectural firms to execute concepts
  • Foster a culture of bold thinking, collaboration, and continuous learning; manage complex creative programs and budgets
  • Stay ahead of design trends, consumer behaviors, and retail innovations to inform strategies
  • Mentor creative talent and drive operational excellence
