  • Over 4 years of experience in middle/back office operations — ideally in asset management, investment banking, or fund administration
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets (equity, fixed income, foreign exchange, listed and OTC derivatives) - collateral management, and fund operations
  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets

Responsibilities

  • Perform position reconciliations, investigating discrepancies and resolving breaks with fund administrators, asset managers and counterparties
  • Execute and oversee OTC collateral and settlement in line with client and regulatory standards
  • Monitor and manage cash/margin balances and initiate cash movements in accordance with margin rules established with each client
  • Support fund launches, migrations, and liquidations, coordinating with internal and external partners
  • Participate in process and platform enhancement projects, contributing operational insight
  • Coach and review junior team members’ work, sharing expertise and setting high standards
