Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 4 years of relevant business experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - the ability to draw insights from data and develop solutions to Supply Chain challenges
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong planning and organization skills
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Walmart Sales Account Managers, internal operational partners, and Customer Replenishment Manager to optimize store in-stock levels, balance/flow/control inventory, and maximize POS opportunities
  • Leverage tools and innovative ideas to manage challenges within the total supply chain
  • Support meeting Joint Business Plan objectives
  • Develop a deep understanding of the end-to-end supply chain to attain Key Performance Indicators
  • Communicate complex data clearly internally and externally
  • Develop and lead effective cross-functional working relationships to achieve established shared goals/objectives
  • Lead initiatives to improve cost, service, and performance
  • Act as a strategic and analytical leader in supply chain management
  • Serve as a change agent with a deep understanding of internal and customer processes
  • Drive efficiencies, cost savings, and service improvements as a cross-functional leader
  • Be accountable for major operational functions including new item launches, allocation, project leadership, and metrics
  • Be self-driven, seek guidance and coaching, drive projects with others by delegating and providing direction, and deliver results
  • Act as a behavioral model that takes accomplishments and leads others to self-improvement
  • Foster strong customer collaboration to develop relationships while keeping basic beliefs in mind
