Responsibilities

Work closely with internal teams to develop specific account growth strategies for the molecular and Software product portfolio specific to the HLA Tissue Typing Market across the Latin America region
Identify and understand customer goals, priorities and challenges to provide HLA Molecular solutions and presentations best positioned to address the customer need
Prioritize New Product Introduction (NPI) prospects within territory to improve adoption rates and revenue return
Provide assay demonstration, pre and post-sales product support, follow up on all product performance complaints or inquiries to ensure resolution to improve the customer experience
Consistently lead sales process with HLA Account Managers to include sales forecasting, funnel and opportunity management through the use of SFDC and other designated tracking tools
Participate in regional trade shows, workshops and conferences to position and message Transplant and HLA product solutions
