Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Life Sciences or Molecular Biology
  • Must reside in the LATAM region and have the ability to travel overnight 50% of the time
  • Minimum 3+ years of Sales Experience in the Clinical Industry or Transplant HLA Market
  • Microsoft Software and SFDC Experience a must
  • In depth knowledge and/or experience using Molecular product workflows within HLA in the areas of PCR, SBT, RT-qPCR, SSO and NGS

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with internal teams to develop specific account growth strategies for the molecular and Software product portfolio specific to the HLA Tissue Typing Market across the Latin America region
  • Identify and understand customer goals, priorities and challenges to provide HLA Molecular solutions and presentations best positioned to address the customer need
  • Prioritize New Product Introduction (NPI) prospects within territory to improve adoption rates and revenue return
  • Provide assay demonstration, pre and post-sales product support, follow up on all product performance complaints or inquiries to ensure resolution to improve the customer experience
  • Consistently lead sales process with HLA Account Managers to include sales forecasting, funnel and opportunity management through the use of SFDC and other designated tracking tools
  • Participate in regional trade shows, workshops and conferences to position and message Transplant and HLA product solutions
