Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline
PMP, VBSS (Value-Based Six Sigma- Lean Manufacturing), Agile, or equivalent project management certification preferred
Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus
B2 - C1 proficiency in English (advanced level)
Minimum of 7 years of project management or transformation leadership experience
At least 2 years in a team leadership or regional management role
Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives, preferably within multinational environments
Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in project management tools
Financial acumen and solid experience in budget and resource management
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Experience driving change and managing stakeholder expectations at all organizational levels
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
High level of adaptability and resilience under pressure

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and continuously improve regional project management methodologies and best practices
Define project and transformation program scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with corporate and regional strategies
Create and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation
Monitor and report on project performance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues
Ensure successful execution of all transformation initiatives—on time, within budget, and to quality standards
Foster collaboration and communication across project teams, business units, and stakeholders
Lead regular project reviews and provide progress reports to senior leadership and executive committees
Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure adherence to financial targets
Identify and drive process improvement and efficiency opportunities across functions and geographies
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing project management and transformation team across LATAM
