Requirements

3+ years of applicable experience
Knowledge of Irrigation (valves, timers, drip/pop-up)
Capable of making all PVC repairs
Familiar with and able to operate all maintenance tools and safety protocol
Knowledge of basic planting/fertilization/pruning/pest control
Bending/lifting materials up to 50 pounds
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Fully bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish

Responsibilities

Help train, mentor and guide crew leaders and crew members
Meet with crew daily
Help supervise work and schedules for crews
Prepare client communications
Ensure procedures are followed for maintenance and protection of all company assets, such as vehicles, maintenance tools and equipment
Ensure execution of work orders and ensure accurate and timely completion and work flow
Assist on property inspections
Locate, acquire and deliver highest quality landscape plants and materials as needed
Gather information needed for purchase orders/proposals, prepare plant/flower/tree lists
Receive certifications and continue education in the appropriate horticultural areas
Perform any and all other duties as requested or assigned by President, Managers or Lead Supervisor
Consistently communicate with all team members regarding all property needs/notes, meetings, schedules, jobs, etc
Proactively assess opportunities for Liliput maintenance to enhance/improve gardens and landscape maintenance at client properties
