Requirements

  • 3+ years of applicable experience
  • Knowledge of Irrigation (valves, timers, drip/pop-up)
  • Capable of making all PVC repairs
  • Familiar with and able to operate all maintenance tools and safety protocol
  • Knowledge of basic planting/fertilization/pruning/pest control
  • Bending/lifting materials up to 50 pounds
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Fully bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Help train, mentor and guide crew leaders and crew members
  • Meet with crew daily
  • Help supervise work and schedules for crews
  • Prepare client communications
  • Ensure procedures are followed for maintenance and protection of all company assets, such as vehicles, maintenance tools and equipment
  • Ensure execution of work orders and ensure accurate and timely completion and work flow
  • Assist on property inspections
  • Locate, acquire and deliver highest quality landscape plants and materials as needed
  • Gather information needed for purchase orders/proposals, prepare plant/flower/tree lists
  • Receive certifications and continue education in the appropriate horticultural areas
  • Perform any and all other duties as requested or assigned by President, Managers or Lead Supervisor
  • Consistently communicate with all team members regarding all property needs/notes, meetings, schedules, jobs, etc
  • Proactively assess opportunities for Liliput maintenance to enhance/improve gardens and landscape maintenance at client properties
