  • Pacific NW Plant identification
  • Ability to read and understand plan drawings
  • Operate machines such as Dingo, skid steer, excavator, trencher, cut-off saws, and other hand held equipment
  • Ability to manage, communicate effectively with both employees and onsite contacts
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Possess a valid, insurable driver's license
  • Ability to lift 75lbs throughout workday

Responsibilities

  • Communicate and take direction from the project manager
  • Perform various tasks such as demo of existing landscape, site preparation and grading, drainage installation, irrigation installation, natural stone and concrete paver hardscapes (such as paths, walls, patios), water features, plantings, lighting, and other elements per the landscape plan (with 1 or 2 other crew members)
  • Responsible for day-to-day care of truck, work area & equipment
