Requirements

Baccalaureate degree in Medical Technology or a related science, including 12 months training or experience, or both, in high complexity testing
Or: Associate Degree in Laboratory Science or Medical Laboratory Technology from an accredited institution and at least two years training or experience, or both, in high complexity testing
Certified as a Medical Technologist by a nationally recognized certifying agency showing competence as a medical laboratory technologist
Current ASCP certification or equivalent preferred
Excellent communication skills
