Responsibilities

Operate, clean, and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure world-class functionality
Perform routine checks, calibrations, and functional tests on instruments to maintain outstanding accuracy
Prepare buffers, GMP/GSP solutions, reagents, wash buffers, quench solutions, and other laboratory solutions following strict protocols
Manage consumables through ordering, KanBan tracking, restocking, and inventory control to ensure seamless operations
Safely collect, segregate, and dispose of chemical, solvent, and pharmaceutical waste; maintain hazard registers and safety documentation
Support internal logistics including shipment of materials, mail distribution, and archiving of lab records
Conduct non-GMP laboratory activities such as LCMS vial cleaning, chromatography solvent preparation, and general lab upkeep
Adhere strictly to SOPs, GMP/GSP regulations, and site safety guidelines to ensure compliance and safety
