Responsibilities

  • Operate, clean, and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure world-class functionality
  • Perform routine checks, calibrations, and functional tests on instruments to maintain outstanding accuracy
  • Prepare buffers, GMP/GSP solutions, reagents, wash buffers, quench solutions, and other laboratory solutions following strict protocols
  • Manage consumables through ordering, KanBan tracking, restocking, and inventory control to ensure seamless operations
  • Safely collect, segregate, and dispose of chemical, solvent, and pharmaceutical waste; maintain hazard registers and safety documentation
  • Support internal logistics including shipment of materials, mail distribution, and archiving of lab records
  • Conduct non-GMP laboratory activities such as LCMS vial cleaning, chromatography solvent preparation, and general lab upkeep
  • Adhere strictly to SOPs, GMP/GSP regulations, and site safety guidelines to ensure compliance and safety
