Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Application Support/Production Support (L3)
  • Strong knowledge of RPG programming on AS400
  • Experience with DB2 databases on AS400
  • Hands-on experience in DevOps and ALDON for software deployment automation
  • Familiarity with Silverlake Deposits, CASA, and Time Deposits
  • Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, and system monitoring (Good-to-Have)
  • Understanding of banking operations and regulatory compliance (Good-to-Have)
  • Exposure to automation and performance optimization techniques (Good-to-Have)

Responsibilities

  • Provide L3 support for Silverlake Deposits, ensuring system stability and uptime
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to CASA and Time Deposits
  • Perform system maintenance, enhancements, and fixes using RPG on AS400
  • Manage deployments and automation using ALDON and DevOps tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and improvements
  • Ensure adherence to banking compliance and security policies
