Requirements

  • Bakalársky alebo vysokoškolský titul v oblasti ľudských zdrojov, vzdelávania, sociálnej práce alebo príbuznom odbore
  • Minimálne 3 roky praxe vo výrobnom prostredí
  • Skúsenosti s riadením komplexných úloh a projektov
  • Angličtina na úrovni B2 (slovom aj písmom)
  • Technické zručnosti: MS Office (znalosť LMS alebo školiaceho softvéru je vítaná)
  • Skúsenosť vo vytváraní tréningových materiálov a dodávaní OTJ tréningov
  • Certifikácia v oblasti L&D (napr. CPLP, CPTM) – výhodou
  • Vynikajúce komunikačné a prezentačné zručnosti
  • Osobná agilita - schopnosť zvládať viacero priorít a projektov, asertivita, schopnosť samostatne sa rozhodovať

Responsibilities

  • Rozbiehať a koordinovať tréningové programy – od plánovania až po úspešnú realizáciu
  • Budovať zručnosti a kompetencie – analyzovať potreby, tvoriť rozvojové plány a aktualizovať matice zručností
  • Tvoriť obsah, ktorý má zmysel – udržiavať tréningové materiály praktické, aktuálne a zrozumiteľné
  • Mapovať schopnosti tímu – pravidelne hodnotiť zručnosti a identifikovať, kde sa môžeme posunúť
  • Facilitovať školenia a onboarding – byť tvárou tréningov, ktorá dokáže zaujať a motivovať
  • Merať dopad – sledovať výsledky, KPI a zabezpečiť, že tréningy prinášajú reálnu hodnotu
  • Spravovať LMS platformu – mať pod kontrolou kalendár školení, reporting a hladký chod systému
  • Prepájať ľudí a tímy – spolupracovať naprieč oddeleniami a komunikovať s externými partnermi
  • Prinášať prehľad a návrhy – reportovať vedeniu a navrhovať zlepšenia, ktoré posunú procesy dopredu
