Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Information Science, Library Science, or Business Administration, which is preferred. They should also have 3-5 years of experience in knowledge management, technical writing, or a related field, demonstrating strong organizational and project management skills.
The Knowledge Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a cohesive knowledge management strategy, reviewing current knowledge management practices, designing a centralized repository of knowledge, curating and maintaining content, collaborating with various teams to gather information, establishing quality control measures, developing training programs, promoting knowledge sharing, tracking key metrics, and providing regular reports to leadership on performance and identifying areas for improvement. They will also contribute to the development of content governance and standards, ensuring content is aligned with business goals and user needs.
