Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, and ideally, be pursuing or have obtained an Associate or Fellowship designation from the Society of Actuaries (SOA). Strong quantitative and analytical skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data analysis tools. Familiarity with SQL and Python is preferred.

Responsibilities

As an Actuarial Analyst, you will quantify program impact by performing actuarial and claims analyses to determine program value and identify new growth opportunities, deliver standardized financial and clinical outcome reporting for customers, automate workflows and enhance documentation, collaborate with senior actuaries and data scientists to build and validate financial models, drive cross-functional impact by partnering with Commercial teams, and serve as a client-facing subject matter expert by presenting findings and answering questions during customer calls. You will also contribute to the development of predictive models, handle incoming stakeholder and client inquiries regarding data and models, and document learnings to build team knowledge.
