Requirements

Minimum 7 years of management consulting firm experience within Supply Chain Planning in areas such as Forecasting, Demand Planning, S&OP, Supply Planning, Production Planning, SC Control Tower
Solution expert in Kinaxis and/or IBP supply chain planning tools
Work experience in leading IT consulting companies or IT consulting divisions
Ideally, industry experience in Manufacturing, CGP, and/or Life Sciences
Strong communication skills in English and German
Broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in German (B2 proficiency) and English (B2 proficiency)
Project-related mobility/willingness to travel

Responsibilities

Lead Supply Chain Planning workstreams in client-focused and dynamic international projects, with strong autonomy and guidance
Act as functional and solution expert to proactively advise customers and deliver outstanding results in areas of expertise
Plan, conceive, and implement complex SCM (Supply Chain Management) transformation projects over the entire project life cycle
Contribute to business development, from request for information to proposal submission and presentation
Participate actively in the development of the practice, including service offerings development support, training, and knowledge management
