  • Sales skills to help and advise customers, drive sales, highlight features/benefits, and increase average transaction value (ATV) through add-ons and linked sales
  • Understanding of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets with ability to over-achieve
  • Customer service skills to manage peaks/troughs in customer flow, enhance visitor experience, and encourage linked sales
  • Team management skills to support store management, lead by example, encourage/motivate team members, and undertake other duties as needed
  • Operational skills to support store opening/closing, count cash takings, and perform till reconciliation

Responsibilities

  • Help and advise customers to select suitable products
  • Drive sales by highlighting product features, benefits, combinations, and options
  • Strive to over-achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Demonstrate passion for the brand and communicate knowledge of the Rolling Stones to build sales and provide unique customer experiences
  • Manage customer flow through staffing and crowd management per the Retail Operations Manual
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer service and deliver strong service to encourage linked sales
  • Support store management in delivering high customer service by leading by example
  • Undertake other appropriate duties within role competence
