  • Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate business plans for assigned institutions
  • Strong collaboration skills across internal and external marketplaces
  • Proficiency in administrative functions (call reporting, safe driving, expense accounting, written and oral communication)

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales goals for the Immunology portfolio by delivering market share growth and key metrics in assigned geography
  • Execute franchise and company brand strategy within assigned customer segments (e.g., specialty practices, hospitals, clinics, pharmacists)
  • Influence decision makers to support company products for relevant disease states using clinical information and therapeutic strategies
  • Execute local marketing strategies, share ideas with team members, and enhance business results and customer loyalty
  • Establish and maintain mutually beneficial relationships in targeted institutions to maximize sales
  • Drive product access, acceptance, and usage in Academic accounts
  • Coordinate Academic sales strategies with teammates
  • Create, implement, and evaluate strategies to develop Fellows, Residents, and Key Opinion Leaders
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate business plans for each assigned institution
  • Champion collaboration internally and externally
