  • Esperienza pregressa di almeno 3/4 anni nella medesima mansione
  • Conoscenza ed introduzione con il target medico gastroenterologico del territorio assegnato
  • Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione, pensiero analitico, forte senso di responsabilità, orientamento al risultato e capacità di analizzare i dati
  • Orientamento al cliente e forte capacità di gestire situazioni difficili
  • Buone competenze informatiche

Responsibilities

  • Presentare i prodotti dell’azienda cliente presso specialisti in ambito gastroenterologico
  • Garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita e fatturato del business organizzando visite regolari al target medico assegnato
  • Assicurare l'efficace gestione delle attività di promozione all'interno del contesto ospedaliero
  • Gestire e mantenere relazioni costruttive con gli opinion leader, favorendo scambi di idee e informazioni per promuovere la collaborazione e il supporto reciproco
  • Costruire relazioni di fiducia e a lungo termine
  • Responsabile delle performance aziendali, del raggiungimento e superamento degli obiettivi di vendita e del miglioramento delle relazioni a lungo termine con i gruppi di clienti target
