Alternatively, a degree in economics or a comparable field with a focus on insurance is acceptable. Sales experience is advantageous but not a prerequisite. Strong implementation skills, self-motivation, and confidence are essential, as is being a team player with a high customer and service orientation.
The Key Account Manager will act as a competent point of contact for financial advisors regarding all aspects of health insurance, providing support in person and driving strategic sales promotion. They will actively support financial advisors in their region across all health insurance sectors for private and corporate clients. The role involves providing impetus to increase sales success, implementing these initiatives with financial advisors, and fostering their professional and sales development in health insurance. Additionally, the position requires independently leading sales events integrated into financial consulting concepts and accompanying financial advisors to client meetings to assist with consultations.
