Requirements

Min. 2 years commercial experience in sales roles (account management and/or business development) gained in consulting / market research or market access within healthcare industry
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical industry (OTC / CHC knowledge will be nice to have)
Fluent English and French (written and spoken)
Strong commitment to achieve and exceed assigned goals
Motivated and able to demonstrate initiative
Excellent negotiation and consulting selling skills
Proven expertise in account planning and accurate sales forecasting
Proven execution ability under tight deadlines and pressure
Excellent presentation skills
Creative and solution-oriented mindset, self-motivation, energy, and resilience
Attitude to working collaboratively and effectively with others in and across the team to accomplish goals

Responsibilities

Understand the key priorities of the client to achieve or exceed the assigned revenue and growth goals in assigned account(s)
Act as advisor on marketing, market research, sales management, industry issues, trends and IQVIA product, consulting and service capabilities based on long term relationship with client
Anticipate clients’ needs and, in collaboration with IQVIA marketing, sales specialists, consulting and client service, develop and present proposed solutions to client's complex business issues
Identify and lead the pursuit of the targeted new business and contract expansion opportunities
Constantly monitor client satisfaction with contracted deliverables and work with other teams to achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Proactively work with global and regional account management in the pursuit of multi-country opportunities
Manage the account, build strong relationships with the client, identify challenges or opportunities, and find ways to assist with these challenges
Grow revenue by leveraging the full IQVIA offerings and identifying new business opportunities
