  • Fluent in Dutch and English

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of 3 Key Account Managers
  • Create a high-performing team focused on spotting and winning opportunities to save food
  • Responsible for the pipeline, forecast, and overall results of the Retail team in the Netherlands
  • Coach and manage the team to make the right choices
  • Identify new potential key account partners and create strong action plans with the team
  • Lead by example: bring in major partners and manage relationships of major accounts
  • Optimize processes based on market and partner insights
  • Develop commercial solutions
  • Maintain a pleasant team atmosphere
  • Present and speak confidently in large groups as an ambassador of the mission
  • Report directly to the Head of Key Accounts BeNe and contribute to Retail segment strategy
  • Set up new collaborations and save more food with existing partners to maximize food waste offered on the app
