Requirements

  • Calibrate slicer heads as required by MIP
  • Assure kettles are at proper oil level and correct oil is being used
  • Enter all required tests in Infinity on an hourly basis
  • Maintain a clean work area at all times
  • Make sure we are using correct potato bins using FIFO
  • Work with Quality Assurance to make sure kettles are at the correct FFA
  • Able to clean and wash all kettles and wash all required areas for a proper shut down
  • Work with PMO’s in packaging to ensure we have good change over’s and start-up’s
  • Inspect kettles to assure all product is in spec and being cooked properly
  • Use required safety equipment
  • Use required containers for waste and product
  • Usage of proper PPE
  • Observe all plant Good Manufacturing Practice
  • Be available and flexible to work overtime, weekends and holidays
