Requirements

Expert proficiency in Apache Kafka
Minimum 2 years of experience in Apache Kafka
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools
Familiarity with performance testing tools and techniques
Experience in scripting languages for automation purposes
(Good to have) Experience with cloud-based testing environments

Responsibilities

Perform independently and become a subject matter expert (SME)
Actively participate and contribute in team discussions
Contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems
Develop and implement automated testing strategies to enhance testing efficiency
Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects early in the development process
Monitor application performance and conduct regression testing to ensure stability
Participate in code reviews to provide feedback and ensure adherence to quality standards
Engage in continuous improvement activities to refine testing processes and methodologies
Perform continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite
Create automation strategy, automated scripts, and support data and environment configuration
Participate in code reviews, monitor, and report defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process
