Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are necessary, along with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required, and candidates must be able to travel as needed.
The K-12 Account Manager will establish and maintain strong relationships with K-12 educational institutions, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored AV solutions. They will drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities and maintaining a robust pipeline of potential clients while developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet or exceed targets. Staying informed about the latest trends in AV technology and educational tools is crucial for providing knowledgeable recommendations to clients. The role involves preparing and delivering compelling presentations and proposals, providing ongoing customer support, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience. Additionally, the K-12 Account Manager will conduct market research, maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM software, prepare regular reports for senior management, and represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
