  • Formation supérieure en droit (Master 2 en droit des affaires, CAPA, ou équivalent, éventuellement complétée par une expérience à l’étranger)
  • 5 à 10 ans d’expérience en cabinet d’avocats ou en entreprise, idéalement dans le secteur de la santé
  • Autonomie, diplomatie, curiosité intellectuelle et esprit d’équipe
  • Forte capacité d’adaptation, sens aigu de la communication et talent pour la négociation
  • Maîtrise de l’anglais à l’oral comme à l’écrit, et aisance dans un contexte international

Responsibilities

  • Apporter votre expertise et formuler des recommandations sur des sujets variés : droit des marchés publics, concurrence, RGPD, accès au marché, etc
  • Rédiger et négocier divers contrats pour l’entité commerciale française et les sites de production (contrats commerciaux, prestations de services, R&D, contrats complexes…)
  • Gérer le suivi des dossiers précontentieux et contentieux en coordination avec les cabinets d’avocats partenaires
  • Assurer la conformité de l’activité de Medtronic avec les réglementations en vigueur, tout en veillant à leur diffusion et application
  • Élaborer, revoir et mettre en place des programmes de formation juridique pour les équipes internes
