Responsibilities

  • Support clients in migration processes, starting with gateway migration to a new solution – via phone and email
  • Contact clients, teams, and technology partners via phone and email to facilitate migrations
  • Closely collaborate with the Onboarding team and teams responsible for eCommerce solutions and terminals
  • Support the team in operational tasks related to technical support and migration
  • Conduct statistics and report migration progress in established cycles
  • Ensure information flow within the team
