Responsibilities

Assist in configuring LabVantage modules (e.g., system administration, sample management, reporting) under guidance
Maintain master data elements, controlled vocabularies, and basic workflows as directed
Support creation and maintenance of test templates, calculations, result entry forms, and limits management
Help set up user roles/job types and apply security models per governance standards
Document configuration changes and follow version-control practices for configuration objects
Provide Tier 2 support for basic platform and master data issues; escalate appropriately
Participate in triage activities and assist with root cause analysis for incidents
Learn to develop simple scripts/business rules and use LabVantage SDK components with mentoring
Assist in troubleshooting instrument integrations and data exchange with ERP, ELN, QMS, MES, EM, and analytics systems
Help create barcode labels using Bartender and support basic reporting needs
Support API/interface testing and data validation tasks under supervision
Follow release processes and contribute to maintaining version-controlled configuration and code
Perform tasks in accordance with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and ALCOA++ data integrity principles
Assist in preparing design specifications, configuration documentation, and validation test scripts for IQ/OQ/PQ activities
Participate in quality, validation, and compliance activities
