Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Engineering
  • 1-2 years of experience and knowledge in Sales Analysis, Reporting or Finance
  • Knowledge of business analysis and financial analysis
  • Intermediate level in data model management with Power Query, SQL, or similar language
  • Intermediate level of DAX metrics in PowerBI
  • Strong database management from different sources and departments effectively
  • High level of vision and understanding with key stakeholders, as well as the ability to provide detailed information
  • Innovation required: process and analysis generally evolving according to the different needs of stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Analysis and monitoring of the commercial network's KPIs to facilitate business decisions and optimize the effectiveness of the Sales force (commercial activity, incentives, customer databases, customer segmentation…)
  • Act as a business partner for the PH channel in relevant analyses and monthly reports (sales, visits per cycle, customer stock, promotions, commercial conditions, contracts, etc.)
  • Collaboration in the maintenance and management of the main CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, Power BI, SAP…)
  • Communication with the sales team, Key Account Managers, and Commercial Excellence, being a fundamental part of daily processes
  • Creation and maintenance of advanced analytics reports in PowerBI
