A Cape Town base with hybrid work ability is also required. Prior internship or recruitment experience is a plus.
The Junior Recruiter will source and identify potential candidates using various platforms, screen CVs, and assist with interview scheduling. They will support Move's internal hiring needs and client recruitment projects by building candidate pipelines. Responsibilities also include conducting market research, talent mapping, updating recruitment systems, and supporting employer branding initiatives through content, events, and campaigns. The role involves learning core recruitment skills through structured training and mentorship.
