Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience (in-house experience is not essential), with a strong background in Colombian employment law matters
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines at the same time
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
