Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Compliant with USA Learn to Skate (Training Modules, Background Check, etc.)
  • Proficient in most or all Levels of the Learn to Skate Curriculum
  • Skills: Accountability, Professional Integrity, Punctuality
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all students of all ages and abilities
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary

Responsibilities

  • Assist Learn to Skate Instructors while developing skills to be a lead instructor
  • Work directly with customers during the Learn to Skate program
  • Engage with students in the program with a friendly and helpful personality
  • Attend all classes of the Session (unless notifying the Program Manager ahead of time)
  • Answer general customer questions
  • Greet customers as they enter and leave the facility
  • Answer questions pertaining to programming
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Understand Operating Principles and make them guidelines for the job
  • Own the customer experience
  • Be enthusiastic learners, users, and advocates of technology, products, and services
  • Win as a team by working together and being open to new ideas
  • Be an active part of the Net Promoter System
