Requirements

High School Diploma / GED
Compliant with USA Learn to Skate (Training Modules, Background Check, etc.)
Proficient in most or all Levels of the Learn to Skate Curriculum
Skills: Accountability, Professional Integrity, Punctuality
Ability to communicate effectively with all students of all ages and abilities
Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary

Responsibilities

Assist Learn to Skate Instructors while developing skills to be a lead instructor
Work directly with customers during the Learn to Skate program
Engage with students in the program with a friendly and helpful personality
Attend all classes of the Session (unless notifying the Program Manager ahead of time)
Answer general customer questions
Greet customers as they enter and leave the facility
Answer questions pertaining to programming
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Understand Operating Principles and make them guidelines for the job
Own the customer experience
Be enthusiastic learners, users, and advocates of technology, products, and services
Win as a team by working together and being open to new ideas
Be an active part of the Net Promoter System
