Requirements

  • Customer service experience, client-oriented attitude
  • Hands-on experience in Java
  • Basic knowledge of SQL
  • Knowledge of relational databases like PostgreSQL or Oracle
  • Ability to work independently, handle time effectively, and self-learn via eLearning tools
  • Business-level English
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, RMI, J2EE, Spring Boot, Docker, and containers (considered a plus)
  • Experience with full trading system design (considered a strong advantage)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate directly with clients to implement, test, and validate Java-based solutions through to go-live
  • Act as a liaison between Customer Delivery, R&D, and the Calypso Cloud Team
  • Support client teams in configuring systems, meeting technical requirements, and integrating APIs
  • Train users and developers on system setup and usage
  • Handle system installations, including Java environments, databases, and real-time data feeds
  • Prototype improvements in collaboration with business analysts and developers
  • Follow up on pending items (Jira)
  • Participate in meetings with clients (requirements gathering, support, demonstration, training)
  • Design/Implement solutions: Configuration and customization (custom code, messaging, and reporting templates)
  • Contribute to people development: eLearning, documentation, presentations, certifications
  • Define and improve standard processes
