Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, and SQL
Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and APIs
Understanding of databases, data structures, and system integrations
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Fluency in French or Dutch, and English is required
Passion for learning new technologies and HR systems (Oracle HCM experience is a plus)

Responsibilities

Perform functional analysis to understand business needs and translate them into system requirements
Assist in the development, configuration, and customization of Oracle HCM modules
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and convert them into technical solutions
Document technical specifications, system configurations, and operational processes
Provide technical support to end-users and resolve escalated issues
Support ongoing system enhancements and participate in project activities as needed
Availability to work 2–3 days on site per week
