Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, and SQL
  • Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and APIs
  • Understanding of databases, data structures, and system integrations
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Fluency in French or Dutch, and English is required
  • Passion for learning new technologies and HR systems (Oracle HCM experience is a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Perform functional analysis to understand business needs and translate them into system requirements
  • Assist in the development, configuration, and customization of Oracle HCM modules
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and convert them into technical solutions
  • Document technical specifications, system configurations, and operational processes
  • Provide technical support to end-users and resolve escalated issues
  • Support ongoing system enhancements and participate in project activities as needed
  • Availability to work 2–3 days on site per week
