GCE A/Ls or GCE O/L with a certificate/diploma level qualification in Information technology
Good communication skills in English language (Verbal / Written)
Hands-on experience with Google spreadsheets and Documents
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
Ability to work on tight deadlines and work extra hours when required

Responsibilities

Handle music labeling and music manager tasks with a high level of accuracy to support integration projects and metadata enrichment processes
Curate music libraries for different clients, including assigning relevant labels
Perform all aspects of issue management-related tasks
Attend meetings to discuss project progress and tasks related to future projects
Raise system issues with the relevant personnel
Perform all tasks with a high accuracy level to give quality output
Maintain a secure environment for information handling while working towards company goals
Maintain effective and active communication within the team and with relevant client managers
Provide support to Team Superior/s and perform other related duties as assigned as part of administrative support duties
