Requirements

  • GCE A/Ls or GCE O/L with a certificate/diploma level qualification in Information technology
  • Good communication skills in English language (Verbal / Written)
  • Hands-on experience with Google spreadsheets and Documents
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management

Responsibilities

  • Handle music labeling and music manager tasks with a high level of accuracy to support integration projects and metadata enrichment processes
  • Curate music libraries for different clients, including assigning relevant labels
  • Perform all aspects of issue management-related tasks
  • Attend meetings to discuss project progress and tasks related to future projects
  • Raise system issues with the relevant personnel
  • Perform all tasks with a high accuracy level to give quality output
  • Maintain a secure environment for information handling while working towards company goals
  • Maintain effective and active communication within the team and with relevant client managers
  • Provide support to Team Superior/s and perform other related duties as assigned as part of administrative support duties
