Responsibilities

  • Perform tasks related to Music Box Licensing Hub
  • Conduct chart monitoring & track acquisition services tasks
  • Generate reports through the system (NEO/DA)
  • Perform music track cleansing services and interested party review/research
  • Support the team to achieve the deadlines and maintain a zero-error environment to provide high-quality service to the Soundmouse users
  • Maintain effective and active communication with the internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist the Content Services Manager/ Team Lead/ Project Coordinator and perform related duties as assigned
  • Support the team to ensure that the information available is secured
  • Perform all the assigned ad-hoc tasks the team receives
  • Handle various types of track acquisition tasks including charts and promo company track acquisitions
