Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide 24×7 operational support for outsourcing accounts, ensuring reliable server performance and adherence to Service Level Agreements
  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical incidents to restore normal service
  • Manage incident lifecycles, communicate effectively with customers and internal teams, and escalate major or unresolved issues as needed
  • Implement changes, maintain accurate documentation, contribute to problem management, and proactively prevent service disruptions
  • Follow training plans, support continuous process improvement, and collaborate closely with team leads, vendors, and third-party providers to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Operate under the direct supervision of team management and collaborate with other teams, with main focus on incident and change management to minimize unplanned downtime and maintain customer satisfaction
