Requirements

  • Approximately two to three years' experience
  • Online portfolio of exceptional design work (video work an asset)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (essential); knowledge of After Effects/Premiere (an asset)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Digital marketing native
  • Digital imaging and retouching skills
  • Strong understanding of typography and composition

Responsibilities

  • Creating outstanding visual work to drive marketing and creative objectives across media (e.g., digital banners, social content, emails, web, print ads, brochures, video)
  • Embracing brand standards to design eye-catching and memorable work using approved fonts, logos, and protocols
  • Displaying strong attention to detail throughout the production process
  • Working with specs and prepping print-ready files
  • Executing video and photo shoots plus post-production editing (video, animation, photo retouching), organizing production budgets, and sourcing materials/props
  • Planning, working autonomously, and delivering on multiple time-sensitive projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality
  • Welcoming feedback and incorporating it proficiently with minimal oversight
  • Collaborating productively, enthusiastically, and egolessly with marketing team members and internal partners throughout the creative process
  • Supporting teammates with asset creation and image sourcing as needed
