Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing high-priority projects and initiatives, working with various teams to ensure alignment and timely completion
  • Help manage the CEO’s agenda, focusing on strategic planning and prioritization to maximize impact
  • Prepare briefing materials, research, and analysis to support decision-making for the CEO and leadership team
  • Participate in goal-setting and tracking, supporting the Chief of Staff in aligning company objectives with department goals
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO, Chief of Staff, and other departments to ensure seamless communication
  • Facilitate meetings and follow up on action items with stakeholders to drive accountability and results
  • Support company-wide initiatives, such as team off-sites, all-hands meetings, and other key events that foster alignment and culture
  • Assist the Chief of Staff in managing complex, cross-departmental projects, from inception through completion
  • Create and maintain project timelines, track milestones, and coordinate with team members to ensure deliverables are met
  • Compile reports, presentations, and updates for leadership on project status and key metrics
