  • Systeemlevenscyclus: Beheer van de volledige levenscyclus van systemen, inclusief decommissioning
  • Installaties en autorisaties: Uitvoeren en begeleiden van systeeminstallaties op een juiste manier
  • Kwaliteitscontrolesystemen (QC SYSTEMS): Beheer van audittrails en uitvoeren van Computerised System Validaties
  • Back-up en herstel: Beheer van back-up en herstelprocessen (Acronis/SQL server)
  • Incidentmanagement: Volgen van het ITIL incidentmanagementproces
  • Netwerkbeheer: Ondersteuning bij netwerk microsegmentatie en IP-aanvragen
