Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Betreuung eines Kundenportfolios und Beratung zu allen Fragen rund um Verbraucher- und Shopper-Themen
  • Aufbau von tiefem Verständnis für das Geschäft und die Bedürfnisse deiner Kunden
  • Begleitung deiner Kunden bei der Nutzung der Analyse-Module auf der NIQ-Plattform „Discover“
  • Identifikation und Umsetzung geeigneter Advanced Analytics Solutions zur Beantwortung business-kritischer Fragestellungen und Ableitung wirkungsvoller Insights
  • Übersetze Zahlen in eine überzeugende Geschichte mit klaren Handlungsempfehlungen für deine Kunden
  • Erstellung von Insights auf Basis des FullView durch Integration von Verbraucher- und Handelspanel-Daten
  • Projektmanagement in einem internationalen Umfeld
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Customer Success und CPS Sales, um als ein NIQ-Team die Erwartungen der Kunden zu übertreffen
