Requirements

  • Completed HBO or WO degree, preferably in HRM, Business Administration, or Law
  • 0 to 3 years of work experience in HR, e.g., as HR Officer, HR Advisor, or Jr. Business Partner
  • Interest in project-based work and HR data (experience is a plus)
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English
  • Digitally skilled and proficient with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

  • Support management with HR processes such as performance management, absenteeism management, talent development, and workforce planning
  • Contribute to HR policy development and practical solutions for daily HR issues
  • Assist in improving HR processes and services, e.g., by gathering feedback and identifying opportunities
  • Participate actively in HR projects, e.g., on onboarding, vitality, diversity & inclusion, taking coordinating or supporting roles based on experience and ambition
  • Support the preparation of reports and monitoring of HR data (such as KPIs and trends)
