Knowledge of Collateral Loan Tracking and escrow service portfolios
Familiarity with CPI, LPI, Tracking, and/or Risk and Recovery products
Proficiency in using System functionality, Unitrac, CenterPoint, Collection and Billing platforms
Ability to create and provide SLA reporting and Scorecard reporting

Responsibilities

Manage client relationships for mid-to lower-tier Risk Management-based accounts
Proactively provide consultancy and anticipate client needs
Proactively manage and monitor key program operational components
Ensure consultancy and service by adhering to Client Level service standards
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients
Provide products and service offerings that meet client business objectives
Serve as a point of contact for client-based program performance
Ensure proper resolution of client-related escalations
Serve as the communication vehicle for the client
Consult on the technical components of CPI, LPI, Tracking, and/or Risk and Recovery products
Ensure execution of Client Relationship Standards for Service
Ensure that the Risk Management-based product and service offering performs at a level that meets or exceeds financial thresholds
Actively assist in the development of program coverages, deductibles, and administrative requirements
Effectively and efficiently develop, consult, and deliver program changes
Deliver and deploy needed system, process, compliance, or other risk management-based service enhancements
Proactively monitor and address issues with individual client satisfaction and performance
