Active DoD TS/SCI clearance
DoD 8140/8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience
3–7 years of experience as an application developer
Demonstrated expertise with Angular (front-end development)
Demonstrated expertise with .NET and C# (back-end development)
Demonstrated expertise with SQL Server (database design and optimization)
Demonstrated expertise with Windows Services (design and sustainment)
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain application features supporting the USSOCOM J6 Budget Tool
Implement responsive front-end interfaces using Angular
Develop back-end services and APIs with .NET and C#
Design, optimize, and maintain SQL Server databases, queries, and stored procedures
Develop and sustain Windows Services for workflow automation and integration
Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing
Ensure all applications adhere to DoD cybersecurity and secure coding standards
Support lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, design documentation, deployment, and sustainment
Collaborate with government stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to meet mission requirements
