Requirements

Experienced and strategic background in technology product management
Ability to serve as primary JJT partner for Site Leadership Team (SLT)
Expertise in managing Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for site JJT operations
Strong influence, passion, and commitment to standardized technology solutions aligned with J&J MedTech strategy
Skills in defining vision, setting priorities, and overseeing development/deployment of technical features and enhancements
Capability to provide input on portfolio and investment prioritization
Partnership experience with J&J Technology and Business Leaders for identifying/prioritizing solutions

Responsibilities

Define, develop, and execute the manufacturing plant Ecosystem product roadmap to enable harmonization and standardization of business processes and technology solutions in alignment with JJT MAKE and segment Vision strategy
Shape the squad vision/roadmap and steer the squad in delivering products/platforms features oriented around business impact
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify needs, gather requirements, and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria
In partnership with Business Product Owner (BPO), prioritize product backlogs and manage releases to deliver value effectively
Understand business needs and priorities to effectively prioritize product features based on business value, improving return on investment
Ensure every local product is mapped to the standard product category to drive business value through standardization and optimization
Drive digital transformation in partnership with cross-function business leaders to enable delivery of business goals and objectives
Oversee development and deployment of new technical features and enhancements, ensuring successful delivery and value realization at the squad level
Accountable for manufacturing site integration, operational stability, and implementation of innovative digital transformation solutions aligned with business objectives
