Requirements

Formación universitaria en Ingeniería Comercial, Ingeniería en control de gestión o carrera afín
Al menos 5 años de experiencia en áreas de finanzas y control de gestión
Mínimo 2 años liderando equipos en funciones similares
Deseable experiencia en manejo de portafolios, idealmente en retail o industria farmacéutica

Responsibilities

Analizar y dar seguimiento a las desviaciones contra los presupuestos de las cuentas de gastos indirectos (juicios, incobrabilidad, seguros) y las cuentas de balance según el plan del año
Realizar los presupuestos y proyecciones de la compañía, tanto para P&L como Balance, además de generar las presentaciones de defensa de las proyecciones
Realizar provisiones mensuales de gastos que impactan en el capital de trabajo y P&L
Controlar el P&L completo de la sociedad Novasalud y participar en el cierre contable mensual
Supervisar el control de descuentos de ventas, provisiones contables y validaciones de cierre
Generar reportes, dashboards de gestión y presentaciones para mostrar los resultados a gerencia, sociedades y a la unidad corporativa
Dar seguimiento y establecer planes de acción para mejorar los indicadores de la compañía que contribuyan al cumplimiento de las metas
Atender requerimientos de clientes internos, entregando respuesta a las solicitudes de ellos
