Formación Profesional o Grado en Ingeniería, rama Industrial, eléctrica o energía (valorable Master en Energía Renovables)
Experiencia mínima demostrable de 3 años en obra, con conocimientos sólidos en subestaciones y alta tensión
Inglés básico
Conocimientos técnicos valorables: Diseño y cálculo de instalaciones eléctricas, Conocimiento en ETAP (cálculo de tierras), Normativa vigente y regulaciones en el sector, Materiales y equipos utilizados en las instalaciones, Sistemas de control y automatización, Dominio de AutoCAD para elaboración de planos y diseño de instalaciones, Experiencia en el uso de herramientas y software de gestión de proyectos
Habilidades: Liderazgo y capacidad de gestión de equipos, Organización y planificación, Resolución de problemas, Orientación a resultados, Capacidad de comunicación

Responsibilities

Supervisión del proyecto coordinando personal y controlando la correcta ejecución de los trabajos
Definir los recursos necesarios (materiales, equipos, personal)
Control de certificaciones
Control de plazos de ejecución generando planes de trabajo y cronogramas de ejecución
Control de costes del proyecto
Interlocución, comunicación y negociación con el Cliente durante la ejecución de la obra
Velar por el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad y salud en el trabajo
Identificar y gestionar los riesgos laborales
Gestión del personal de la obra, vacaciones y horarios
Control de pedidos y recepción en obra
