Ingeniería degree (Ingeniero/a)
Minimum of five years of experience in similar positions in infrastructure projects

Responsibilities

Manage the technical and economic aspects of the works
Manage the client and the contract
Execute assigned project parts within the unit/department according to established procedures to meet deadlines and coordinate necessary resources (human and material), promoting significant improvements
Responsible for the execution of construction contracts
Plan, optimize, and supervise resource utilization to ensure works are executed on time, to specifications, and within budget
Manage contracts and obtain required permits and licenses
Prepare budget estimates
Plan and set construction phases
Supervise activities of subcontractors and subordinate/staff personnel
Verify progress achieved and work quality throughout all project phases
Represent the company in relevant matters
