Knowledge of all functions on dish washing machines

Responsibilities

Cleaning of bake pans, cake pans, most equipment used and brought to the pan room
General sanitation duties
Day-to-day cleaning of bathrooms, breakroom, and other areas of the facility
Draining and cleaning of both pan washers
Keeping pan room area clean and organized
Rinse and sanitize walls and floors for 3-5 minutes
Dip and rinse all available mops in bleach water
Take out trash and cover barrel with lid
Organize and dispose of unnecessary items, organize pan room, do not leave a mess or dirty pans/buckets
Organize and clean pan cart/mixing bowl area daily
Clean floors minimum twice weekly (varies according to production)
Maintain record of test strips for both pan washers to confirm solutions are dispersed accurately
Keep all floors and walls clean
Keep outside of pan washers clean
Clean under both pan washers and shovel under big pan washer
Keep metal grates and adjoining floor clean/free of debris
Keep lights and ceiling grates clean
Keep sinks and area under sinks clean, including wall
De-lime pan washers weekly
Empty buckets of rags daily
Keep area in front of pan room clean and organized (carts straightened, bowls covered, clean under racks, swept, mopped)
Keep floor/walkway in front of pan room swept, cleaned, and organized
Occasionally perform other tasks as required
