Ability to pull and push a cleaning cart up to 20 pounds
Ability to move or traverse about the facilities
Ability to walk around the facility for long periods of time (average 10 hours per day with breaks)
Ability to work around dust, chemicals, and other substances in various environmental conditions
Ability to wear all required personal protective equipment (hearing, vision protection)
Regular attendance, timeliness, and scheduling flexibility

Responsibilities

Comply with company Safety Policies and Procedures
Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
Waxing furniture and cleaning fixtures
Disposing of trash and emptying trash receptacles
Performing minor repairs
Keeping buildings free from indoor pests
Maintaining cleaning equipment
Maintaining inventory of cleaning agents and equipment
Ensuring equipment and lights are switched off, and premises are locked after hours
Collaborating with contract cleaning services
