Candidates must have experience providing IT support for Windows and/or Mac OS environments, enjoy helping people and solving problems, and be assertive communicators who are flexible and eager to learn. They should be able to identify pain points and run improvement initiatives to completion, possess a great sense of humor and the ability to work under pressure, and be passionate about computing and user experience. Comfort working independently and as part of a team is essential, as is a natural inclination for researching solutions and the latest technology. Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
The IT Technician will provide technical support to Wisers, manage the procurement, assets, and inventory of tech equipment, and identify potential areas for improvement. They will act as an expert on Wise's IT products and services, troubleshoot and repair computer hardware and software issues, and educate users on tools, tech, and security. Responsibilities also include managing device provisioning and deprovisioning, assisting other teams within User Technology, and participating in internal projects for continuous improvement.
