Requirements

Holder of a Baccalauréat in Informatique or equivalent relevant experience in a similar role
2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position
Proficiency in French and English (written and oral)
Knowledge of WINDOWS and LINUX operating systems, HARDWARE (various cards, printers), and networking (IP, mask, subnet, switches, cabling)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook) and ability to work on XLS files
Client- and results-oriented with effective communication skills to resolve issues and satisfy internal clients
Flexible, able to work shifts (day/night/weekends)
Solution-oriented attitude and ability to work in a team

Responsibilities

Install/reinstall computers, printers, and IT hardware, and intervene in case of problems
Troubleshoot terminals (check configuration, identify issues, and repair/resolve)
Track IT hardware, maintain updated list of peripherals, check warranties, and manage existing IT stocks
Repair hardware and perform IT cabling (network and power) to optimize workspace
Follow existing procedures during interventions and contribute to their improvement
Occasionally install IT hardware in new Skechers stores in Europe (average 2-3 trips of 3 days/year)
Ensure proper functioning of IT infrastructure and serve as the contact person for employees' IT issues
